Refund policy

This policy sets out the return and exchange terms applicable to orders placed through Solavell Jewels LLP's ("Solavell") website, solavell.in.

Returns and Exchanges — Eligibility

If a customer receives a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, they must contact Solavell within 48 hours of delivery, with photographs of the product and its packaging. Returns are accepted provided the item is unworn, unused, and in its original packaging with all tags intact. Approved claims under this section will be resolved by replacement or refund, at no additional cost to the customer. Replacement is subject to stock availability at the time the exchange request is processed.

As Solavell's jewellery is solid premium stainless steel, tarnishing or discolouration under normal wear is not expected within the return window; any such occurrence should be reported as a potential defect and may additionally be eligible for coverage under the Solavell Lifetime Care Warranty.

Refund Process and Timelines

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days of Solavell receiving and inspecting the returned item. Refund timelines may vary depending on the customer's bank or payment provider.

How to Initiate a Return

Email support@solavell.in or message Solavell via WhatsApp Business with the order number, reason for return, and photographs of the product and its packaging. Solavell will share pickup or drop-off instructions within 48 business hours of the request being received.

General Terms

This policy operates alongside, and does not limit, any statutory rights available to the customer under applicable Indian consumer protection law, or any separate benefits available under the Solavell Lifetime Care Warranty. Solavell may amend this policy from time to time; amendments will apply prospectively to orders placed after the change takes effect.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Subject to applicable consumer protection law, any disputes arising out of or in connection with this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Nagpur, Maharashtra.
