Shipping policy

This policy sets out the shipping, delivery, return, and exchange terms applicable to orders placed through Solavell Jewels LLP's ("Solavell") website, solavell.in.
Definitions: "Business Day" means a day other than a public holiday declared in Maharashtra. "Dispatch" means the point at which an order is handed over to Solavell's courier partner for delivery. "Delivery Address" means the shipping address provided by the customer at checkout.
Order Processing and Dispatch
- Orders are processed within 24 hours of placement during business hours (12:00 PM–8:00 PM, all 7 days).
- Tracking details are shared with the customer by email and WhatsApp once the order has been dispatched.
Shipping Charges and Timelines
- Standard delivery across India is estimated at 3–5 business days from the date of Dispatch.
- Shipping charges are calculated as follows: Free above ₹1999 / Flat rate ₹70, as displayed at checkout.
- Delivery timelines are estimates only and may be affected by courier delays, weather, or circumstances beyond Solavell's reasonable control.
Delivery Issues
- If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, any re-shipping charges will be borne by the customer.
- Orders returned to Solavell as undeliverable after repeated failed delivery attempts will be refunded to the original payment method, less any shipping charges already incurred.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Subject to applicable consumer protection law, any disputes arising out of or in connection with this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Nagpur, Maharashtra.
