This policy sets out the Terms & Conditions of Sale ("Terms") governing all purchases made from Solavell Jewels LLP ("Solavell", "we", "us"), whether through our website (solavell.in) or our boutique. By placing an order, you ("the customer") agree to be bound by these Terms.

Eligibility to Purchase

By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, or are placing the order with the involvement of a parent or guardian, and that the delivery address and contact details provided are accurate and that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.

Products and Descriptions

All jewellery sold by Solavell is premium stainless steel with PVD (Physical Vapor Deposition) plated finishes, unless explicitly stated otherwise on the product listing. Product colours, finish, and stone placement may vary slightly from images shown on the Website due to screen display, lighting, the handmade nature of certain finishing processes, and the use of AI tools for image enhancement. Solavell reserves the right to discontinue or modify any product without prior notice, provided this does not affect orders already confirmed.

Pricing and Payment

All prices listed on the Website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST, unless stated otherwise. Payment is processed through Solavell's third-party payment gateway; Solavell does not store your card or payment credentials. Where a Compare-at Price is displayed alongside the selling price, it reflects a genuine prior or reference price and is not applied without a corresponding active discount.

Order Acceptance and Cancellation

An order confirmation email acknowledges receipt of your order but does not, by itself, guarantee stock availability. Solavell reserves the right to cancel and refund an order, in full, where a product is out of stock, incorrectly priced due to a technical or clerical error, or where fraud is reasonably suspected. Customers may request cancellation of an order prior to dispatch by contacting Solavell.

Delivery, Returns, Exchanges and Refunds

Eligibility, process, and timelines for returns, exchanges, and refunds are set out in Solavell's separate Refund Policy. Products may additionally be eligible for benefits under the Solavell Lifetime Care Warranty, which operates independently of, and in addition to, these rights.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Website — including the Solavell name, logo, product photography, and written content — is the property of Solavell Jewels LLP and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without prior written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Solavell shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of the Website or the purchase of any product. Nothing in these Terms limits any right or remedy available to the customer under applicable Indian consumer protection law.

General Terms

Solavell reserves the right to amend these Terms from time to time; amendments apply prospectively to orders placed after the change takes effect. If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Subject to applicable consumer protection law, any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Nagpur, Maharashtra.
